With extensive experience as an Architectural Technologist, Building and Civil Contractor, and Real Estate Developer, award-winning Fakanlu Adonis Oluwabusuyi has led diverse projects and built a team of seasoned professionals.
Passionate about sustainable construction and value-driven solutions, he has established a reputation for CAF LTD in delivering high-quality, eco-friendly, and timely projects at competitive prices. Before founding CAF LTD in 2009, he managed high-profile projects as a Project Manager at Sageto Ltd.
A member of the Forbes Business Council and an alumnus of the Lagos Business School Owner Manager Programme, Fakanlu holds a foundation degree in Architectural Technology. He is also an Associate Member of the American Institute of Architects, an Affiliate of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists, UK, and a member of the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria.
As CEO of CAF LTD, he has developed over 120 housing units and delivered 250+ public and private sector projects. Under his leadership, CAF LTD offers bespoke design and construction services, with a focus on innovation and sustainability, aiming to become a leader in Nigeria’s construction and real estate sectors.
